A zippo lighter is opened and enlightened, a cigarette is lit betweensome lips.

The face of a sunburnt BIKER in bluejeans and T-shirt smoking the cigarette.
 

(3.	Road/Outside/Daylight 3.)

The BIKER is leaning on his bike, finishing his cigarette, .
 

(4.	Road/Outside/Daylight 4.)

The BIKER is driving through the landscape.
 

(5.	Bar/Inside/Daylight 5.)

Behind the bar a BARMAN is polishing glasses. Nowhere is an ashtrayto be seen.
 

(6.	Road/Outside/Daylight 6.)

The BIKER is driving through the landscape.
 

(7.	Bar/Inside/Daylight 7.)

Some PEOPLE are moving through the room towards the bar or passing it.The BARMAN is preparing some beer.

The BIKER is driving through the landscape.
 

(9.	Bar/Inside/Daylight 9.)

The bar is filled to a third. The sound of an approaching bike is tobe heard (OFF). The BIKER enters, going to the bar. Some People are watchinghim, most ignore him. He is having a seat at the bar, ordering something.
 

(10.	Biker/Detail 10.)

The BIKER is drinking out of a cup of coffee.
 
 

(11.	Biker/Detail11.)

The BIKER pulls a pack of cigarettes out of his T-shirt, picks one outand takes his zippo lighter.
 

(12.	Bar/Inside/Daylight 12.)

Some of the crowd realize the BIKER's doing, watching him, partly disapproving,partly astonished.
 

(13.	Biker/Detail 13.)

A lighter being opened and a cigarette enlightened. The tip of the cigaretteis glowing.
 

(14.	Bar/Inside/Daylight 14.)

A reading HILLBILLY in the background is placing his paper on the tablebefore him. Then slowly he is drawing a gun.
 

(15.	Gun/Detail 15.)

The HILLBILLY is aiming at the BIKER.
 

(16.	Bar/Inside 16.)

A shot (OFF). The BIKER is going down at the bar.

HILLBILLY (OFF)
"You fucking smoker."

The HILLBILLY is putting the gun away, approaching the dying BIKER lyingon the floor.
 

(17.	Detail 17.)

The HILLBILLY is stepping on the cigarette on the floor.

The audience is applauding.
